Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing a specialty restaurant, preferably Chinese cuisine
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relation skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Passion for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to manage team performance
