Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front office staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor room inventory and maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
- Guest-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
