Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency
  • Lead and mentor the front office team to maintain Capella’s luxury service standards
  • Act as a primary contact for guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar leadership role in a 5-star resort
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of ultra-luxury service standards and guest expectations
  • Proficiency in property management systems and hospitality software
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
