Position: Junior Steward Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, and work surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks if needed.
- Ensure proper storage of chemical cleaning agents.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Highly accountable and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness.
- Team player with strong motivation.
- Experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours and shifts.
