Position: Chef de Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Create innovative menus and manage food costs effectively.
- Lead and train the culinary team to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with F&B management to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong culinary skills and passion for food innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
- Good communication skills in English.
