Position: Chef de Partie – Pastry & Bakery
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Prepare high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Supervise and train junior staff in the pastry section.
- Ensure consistency and creativity in all pastry products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in Pastry & Bakery in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong technical skills in pastry and baking.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player with leadership potential.
