Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Train and mentor front desk agents.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities.
- Maintain high standards of service and grooming.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Front Desk Agent.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Proficiency in hotel software.
