Position: Account Receivable Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the accounts receivable function and ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and bank deposits.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal departments.
- Ability to lead and supervise a small team.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
