Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Grooming and hygiene standards must be impeccable.
