Position: Group Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive group business revenue through proactive sales efforts.
  • Manage relationships with MICE planners and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for group bookings.
  • Coordinate with event teams to ensure successful group execution.
  • Analyze group sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in group sales within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the Ubud hospitality landscape.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales.
