Position: Group Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive group business revenue through proactive sales efforts.
- Manage relationships with MICE planners and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for group bookings.
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure successful group execution.
- Analyze group sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in group sales within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the Ubud hospitality landscape.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales.
