Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including diverse restaurant outlets
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and service consistency are met
- Develop and implement innovative F&B promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement
- Lead and mentor the F&B team, focusing on training and performance improvement
- Maintain operational budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar F&B management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel and F&B software for scheduling and inventory
- Deep knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plus
- Familiarity with various international cuisines and service styles
