Position: Fixed Asset Management
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the hotel’s fixed assets.
- Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure asset accountability.
- Prepare reports on asset status and depreciation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in finance or asset management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
