Marcomm Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for the hotels
- Manage media relations and social media presence for Mercure and ibis
- Coordinate promotional events and campaigns with the sales team
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Monitor marketing trends and report on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong creative writing and digital marketing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with media and partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Knowledge of the local Samarinda market is a plus
