Restaurant Manager – Tom’s by Tom Aikens
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position at a 5-Star Luxury Hotel / Steakhouse / Western Restaurant
- Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Show strong initiative to produce marketing ideas that drive volume
- Strong knowledge of western cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards
- Strong in guest relation and F&B event management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commitment to providing excellent customer service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the trends in restaurant events is preferred
- Understanding in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
