Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Banquet Manager in planning and executing diverse events and functions
- Manage banquet staff and casual labor to ensure efficient event delivery
- Oversee event setups, equipment maintenance, and technical requirements
- Coordinate with the culinary team for punctual and high-quality food service
- Assist in managing departmental inventories and banquet equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Experience in large event and banquet service
