Position: Landscaping Team Leader
Responsibilities:

- Supervise the landscaping team to maintain the resort’s nine hectares of lush tropical gardens [cite: 63]
- Implement daily gardening schedules, including planting, pruning, and irrigation tasks [cite: 63]
- Monitor the health and appearance of all plant species across the resort grounds [cite: 63]
- Ensure the safe use and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery [cite: 63]
- Assist the Engineering Manager in planning seasonal landscaping projects and floral displays [cite: 63]

Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory experience in landscaping or garden maintenance for a resort or commercial property [cite: 63]
