Position: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the resort’s preventive maintenance program and repair schedules
- Oversee energy conservation initiatives and environmental sustainability projects
- Coordinate with external contractors for major technical installations and repairs
- Monitor and manage the engineering department budget and expenditures
- Ensure all safety systems and building codes are strictly adhered to
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Assistant in luxury hotels
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Solid project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong leadership skills to manage a technical team
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
