Position: Engineering Technician
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems
- Conducting preventive maintenance checks on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Responding to maintenance requests from guest rooms and other departments
- Maintaining tools and workspace in a clean and safe condition
- Assisting in the repair of hotel furniture and structural elements
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing maintenance
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in shift hours
- Proactive attitude in troubleshooting and problem solving
