Position: Engineering Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems
  • Conducting preventive maintenance checks on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Responding to maintenance requests from guest rooms and other departments
  • Maintaining tools and workspace in a clean and safe condition
  • Assisting in the repair of hotel furniture and structural elements

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
  • Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing maintenance
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in shift hours
  • Proactive attitude in troubleshooting and problem solving
