Position: Engineering Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort equipment, systems, and facilities
- Respond promptly to guestroom maintenance requests to ensure a comfortable stay
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across the property
- Assist in general building repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor construction
- Ensure all engineering tasks are carried out safely and according to resort protocols
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Able to join immediately
- Relevant technical certification or vocational degree in Engineering
