Position: Soundman
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate audio and visual equipment for various hotel events.
- Perform sound checks and ensure high-quality audio output during live events.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all sound and AV equipment within the property.
- Collaborate with event planners to understand specific audio requirements.
- Organize and store AV equipment safely after completion of events.
Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in sound engineering and AV equipment operation.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field, preferably in hospitality.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
- Basic English communication and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Vocational technical diploma in a related field is preferred.
