Position: Asst. / Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the hotel property
- Oversee budgeting processes and perform regular financial forecasting activities
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control protocols and local tax regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support management decision making
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role
- In depth knowledge of hotel accounting standards and Indonesian tax laws
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in hotel accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity in financial management
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field
