Position: Finance Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:

- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations and financial reporting [cite: 35]
- Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries [cite: 35]
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities [cite: 35]
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with hotel financial policies [cite: 35]
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports [cite: 35]

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a finance supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry [cite: 35]
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations [cite: 35]
- Proficiency in hotel financial software and Microsoft Excel [cite: 35]
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills [cite: 35]
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation [cite: 35]
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities [cite: 35]
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field [cite: 35]
