Position: Technical, Mechanical & Electrical
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across the resort.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests for electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
- Support the permanent engineering team in preventive maintenance programs for resort utilities.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized technical logs for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in a large-scale property.
- Minimum high school or vocational diploma in a technical field.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Able to work in flexible daily worker shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional appearance and ability to follow all engineering safety standards.
- Previous experience in the same field is an advantage.
