Position: Technical, Mechanical & Electrical

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across the resort.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
  • Respond to guest room maintenance requests for electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
  • Support the permanent engineering team in preventive maintenance programs for resort utilities.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized technical logs for all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in a large-scale property.
  • Minimum high school or vocational diploma in a technical field.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Able to work in flexible daily worker shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Teamwork-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance and ability to follow all engineering safety standards.
  • Previous experience in the same field is an advantage.
