Position: Daily Worker Porter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Good physical condition to lift and move luggage.
- Friendly, polite, and helpful attitude.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Available to work flexible shifts as a Daily Worker.
- Impeccable grooming standards fitting a luxury hotel.
- Proactive and eager to learn about Front Office operations.
