Position: Chef de Partie – Mediterranean Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific section of the kitchen specializing in high-quality Mediterranean cuisine.
- Prepare and cook traditional Mediterranean recipes with precision and creative flair.
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene and comply with HACCP standards at all times.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.

- Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP standards, and kitchen safety procedures.
