Position: Food & Beverage Service (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
- Assist Chinese-speaking guests with menu selection and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Handle payments and billing accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience in F&B Service within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) to assist guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong service orientation.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage.
