Position: Chef de Partie Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry section and prepare cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Ensure consistent quality and artistic presentation of all pastry items.
- Train and supervise the pastry team.
- Manage stock of pastry ingredients and equipment.
- Innovate and create new dessert concepts.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CDP Pastry in a luxury hotel or bakery.
- Strong skills in baking, chocolate work, and dessert plating.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
