Position: Chef de Partie IRD/Club Lounge/Azure
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations for In-Room Dining, Club Lounge, or Azure poolside.
- Prepare meals according to established standards and recipes.
- Ensure timely service and high food quality for specific outlets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Supervise commis and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CDP in a hotel kitchen environment.
- Versatile culinary skills adaptable to different outlets.
- Strong knowledge of western or international cuisine.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to quality and food safety.
- Relevant culinary degree or diploma.
