Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily room cleaning and public area maintenance to ensure Accor’s luxury standards
- Lead and train the housekeeping crew on standard operating procedures and guest service
- Conduct thorough room inspections to maintain high quality and hygiene levels
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities effectively
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering to ensure room readiness
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same role
- Ability to work under pressure, Good Team Player & Passionate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail oriented and guest focused mindset
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping software and systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
