Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments
- Lead and train the team to maintain Mövenpick’s high standards of room cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office to ensure seamless guest arrivals
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities effectively
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and ESG standards within the department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury resort
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on luxury guest comfort
- Ability to work under pressure and mentor a large team
- Positive attitude and passion for service excellence
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
