Position: Head Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reception and seating arrangements in dining outlets
- Oversee the hostess team to ensure a warm and professional welcome
- Maintain the reservation system and optimize table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve initial complaints professionally
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth flow of operations
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Hostess / Guest Relations / Front of House
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership & supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills
