Position: Sales Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and banquets
  • Act as a key contact for event organizers from inquiry to execution
  • Prepare detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate with relevant departments
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist the Sales team in securing event bookings and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event coordination or sales administration within hospitality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on event accuracy
  • Proficiency in event management software is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
