Position: CDP Banquete
Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet food production for meetings, events, and parties
- Manage large volume food preparation and plating consistently
- Lead and train the banquet kitchen team on presentation standards
- Ensure workstation sanitation and food safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with the Sales Event team for menu logistics
Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary experience in banquet operations
- Expertise in large scale catering and buffet presentation
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Detail oriented with a focus on food quality standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event needs
- Basic English communication skills
