Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security department to ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Implement and monitor resort safety protocols and loss prevention strategies
- Manage and train the security team on emergency response and surveillance
- Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate with local authorities
- Maintain accurate security logs and prepare reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Chief Security in a luxury environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and emergency management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and security technology
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to professionalism
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
