Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a new world class beach getaway destination located on the scenic shores of Bintan, overlooking the South China Sea. Our resort features 420 well appointed rooms and suites, two golf courses, three lagoon swimming pools, and a unique Swiss-inspired hospitality celebration. Position: Director/Manager Revenue
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize resort revenue
- Manage room inventory across all distribution channels and OTAs
- Analyze market demand and competitor activity to optimize rate parity
- Prepare comprehensive revenue forecasts and reports for management review
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in revenue management software and PMS
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on revenue optimization
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
