Position: Senior Sales Manager Proactive (25206511)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new corporate and MICE business accounts
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with existing key clients and travel partners
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to inform strategy
- Represent the hotel at industry events and sales missions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the corporate and travel trade segments
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly proactive, self motivated, and results oriented
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willingness to travel for business development
