Position: Senior Sales Manager Proactive (25206511)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new corporate and MICE business accounts
  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing key clients and travel partners
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to inform strategy
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and sales missions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within the corporate and travel trade segments
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly proactive, self motivated, and results oriented
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willingness to travel for business development
