Position: Director Of Sales Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build key client relationships
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve FUGO’s strategic goals
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze market demand to optimize pricing
- Oversee brand positioning and promotional campaigns across all channels
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
