Position: Port Lounge Representative
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests at the ferry terminal and assist with transfer logistics
- Provide resort information and handle initial guest inquiries at the port
- Coordinate with the resort’s transport team for timely guest pickups
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the resort’s port lounge
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and professional first impression of Mövenpick
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest service or airport/port representation
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently at remote locations
- Service-oriented with a warm, friendly personality
- Basic knowledge of island logistics and ferry schedules
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
