Position: Order Taker
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests for housekeeping services and amenities
- Accurately record all guest orders and communicate with the housekeeping team
- Monitor guest requests to ensure timely fulfillment and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate logs of all guest communications and service status
- Provide professional and welcoming first contact for guest calls
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Professional telephone etiquette and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic English communication skills for guest interaction
