Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations for excellence
- Lead and train the team to maintain Mövenpick’s high standards
- Manage departmental budgets and inventory levels effectively
- Identify and solve cleaning and maintenance problems quickly
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to organize and manage departmental operations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
