Position: Senior Sales Executive (Bali Office Placement)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the resort within the Bali market
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with high-end travel agents and corporate clients
- Coordinate with the internal resort team to ensure seamless guest arrival and service delivery
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for luxury room categories
- Handle site inspections, contract negotiations, and detailed sales reporting
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Has experience working in a 5-star resort or luxury brand
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent coordination skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal team
- Has the ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
