Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a new world class beach getaway destination located on the scenic shores of Bintan, overlooking the South China Sea. Position: Director/Manager Revenue
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize resort revenue
- Manage room inventory across all distribution channels and OTAs
- Analyze market demand and competitor activity to optimize rate parity
- Prepare comprehensive revenue forecasts and reports for management review
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in revenue management software and PMS
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on revenue optimization
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
