Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4/5-star hotel or resort
- Willing to work on Maratua Island, Berau, East Kalimantan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality mindset and service-oriented attitude
- Applicants with professional certification will be prioritized
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Proven track record in kitchen management and culinary excellence
- Ability to lead and train a diverse kitchen team in a remote location
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost control
