Position: Sous Chef – Western (SGS-SOUCHEF-WESTERN)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in Western cuisine preparation and menu development
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and cost control
- Ability to train and lead a diverse kitchen brigade
