Position: Banquet Operation Manager (SGS-BOM)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale events and banquet logistics
- Strong coordination skills with culinary and sales departments
- Ability to maintain service standards under high-pressure event schedules
