Position: Asst. Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks and departmental operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and initial interviews.
- Help coordinate staff training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain organized employee files and assist with HRIS data entry.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff regarding HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill
- Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, industrial relations
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRIS systems
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong administrative and time-management skills
