Position: Training Officer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance service quality
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum for various hotel departments
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for management
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor staff performance improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Experience in training facilitation or public speaking
- Positive attitude and commitment to people development
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
