Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience in luxury or upscale hotels
  • High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills
  • Proven record in preparing strategic sales plans, monthly reporting, and annual goals
  • Ability to survey, review, and analyze competition, market trends, and customer needs
  • Strong leadership character with a proactive approach to business intelligence
  • Hospitality background with a relevant degree or professional certification

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-opening sales and marketing strategy to establish property market presence
  • Prepare and implement monthly reporting, annual goals, and diverse marketing budgets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adapt with business intelligence
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain high-level client relationships in global markets
