Position: FB Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded attitude with high attention to detail
- Fluency in English is highly desirable
- Hospitality background with relevant degree or diploma
- Ability to work effectively in a newly opening property setting
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B department to ensure 5-star service delivery
- Lead and mentor F&B Captains and staff through regular training and coaching
- Oversee table service, guest interactions, and handle special requests or complaints
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food presentation
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
