Position: Banquet Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Supervisor in Banquet or F&B Service within luxury hotels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
  • Good communication and problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Customer focused with an eye for detail in event setup
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the setup and service for weddings, meetings, and social events
  • Lead and train banquet staff to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues during events immediately
  • Manage banquet equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
